Dr. Wightman joined Glen Oak Capital Management as a Partner in 2025.

As Director of Capital Development, he is responsible for growing and developing the firm's capital and investor relations.  Dr. Wightman also brings a unique perspective to the firm: formally trained as a dentist, he spent over a decade performing surgical dentistry for patients in under-served regions.  His background provides a foundation of dedication, excellence, and advantageous insights into the healthcare sector.

Dr. Wightman graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He has practiced dentistry in the state of Alaska and the Iron Range of Northern Minnesota, among other locations.
